My triathlon journey is an adventurous one. It’s full of challenges, highs and lows, and every day I get to know myself better and better. As a professional athlete, I go through the same processes as age groupers, business people, leaders, etc. We celebrate wins, face obstacles, and learn from our failures. The last years in sport, I’ve had many experiences and as being a Friend of Els, I share my insights. To hopefully inspire you, motivate you, and to help you where I can! The goal is to be every day a bit better than the day before. 

As Friend of Els, you will be the first one to hear about my race schedule. What’s on the calendar, where is the focus on and how do I get into a race? There will be a group chat in which all the last information will be shared!

I work very closely with my manager Iris Bosch. Throughout the year we organise different events where you get access to. To socialise, to get to know each other, to network, to share our passion for sport, and, of course have fun! Some of them will be in cooperation with my sponsors (Red Bull, Cervelo, Breitling, Hoka One One).
