Els Visser, born on 3 April 1990 in Haren, The Netherlands, has always been fueled by ambition, curiosity and an inner drive to grow. With a PhD in Surgery and a career that spans both medicine and professional triathlon, she has earned multiple IRONMAN victories around the world.

Her journey, from the hospital environment to the world’s toughest race courses, reflects her belief in pushing boundaries and continually evolving. She strives to show what’s possible when passion and discipline meet.

Today, Els brings together the two worlds that shaped her: medicine and elite sport. Her focus is on helping people live healthier, stronger and more energetic lives, sharing the insights, habits and lessons she has gained along the way.
